Florida Pipe Rescue was created for homeowners who are tired of being told their only option is to tear their house apart to fix a plumbing problem.
Jerry Saunders, the owner of Florida Pipe Rescue, grew up in construction as a contractor’s son, gaining hands-on exposure to building systems, tools, and problem-solving from an early age. His plumbing experience comes from years of working with both large and small companies, combined with military experience and formal education in related fields.
Over the last decade, Jerry has been deeply involved in restoring homes more than 100 years old, where preserving the structure and character of the property is critical.
Rather than tearing up floors, cutting concrete slabs, or disrupting daily life, Jerry focuses on repairing pipes from the inside using advanced trenchless methods. His approach prioritizes accurate diagnosis, minimal disruption, and long-term solutions that protect both the home and the homeowner.

CIPP EXPLAINED
Imagine cutting through 100-year-old Miami-Dade Pine flooring, a material that’s nearly extinct and no longer commercially available, just to reach a broken sewer pipe. That kind of destruction defeats the entire purpose of preserving a home’s character and value.
Trenchless pipe repair allows damaged sewer pipes to be fixed from the inside without digging, cutting floors, or breaking concrete. Instead of removing the old pipe, a specialized epoxy liner is installed and cured inside the existing pipe, creating a strong, seamless new pipe within it.
For homeowners, this means serious plumbing problems can be solved without turning the home into a construction zone. Trenchless technology is especially effective in older homes with cast iron pipes, offering a long-lasting solution while protecting finished floors, foundations, and daily routines.
First, the pipes are cleared, inspected, and cleaned using various different pieces of equipment appropriate for the situation.
A liner is measured, cut, soaked in epoxy, and inserted into the pipe.
The liner is inflated and cures in place, creating a new pipe that is harder than PVC and has a life expectancy of 50+ years.
